Board Operating Principles

Operate with guidance from the vision, mission and value—always.

Leverage HOA board experience to operate as good stewards of community funds and assets.

Be transparent in operations, budgets, and decisions

Enforce the covenants, restrictions and policies consistently, ethically and objectively guided by clear decision criteria and with alignment from the Board. Remember the goal is to protect and enhance the value of our neighborhood.

Ensure that all additions/changes to lots, homes, and property in the subdivision will preserve and/or enhance the value of our properties.

In the event of a denial of a homeowner’s request, a reason for the denial will be provided, and where possible, suggestions to resubmit for consideration will be included.

Communicate with homeowners in a timely manner through appropriate mediums

Design activities that promote a tight-knit community that works together for the good of all

We Introduce the Community Ambassador functional task force positions, we establish the GVOL-HOA Website for communication platform among the HOA, First Residential Services and RESIDENTS, we utilize the Resident Interaction Form (RIF Form) and Architectural Request Construction Form (ARC form) to gather/consolidate/response/fulfill to the need of residents' requirements and improvements.
