  • Keep the community an enjoyable place for everyone to live by being responsive to residents, enforcing rules and covenants, and investing in work or actions that benefit the raise the value of homes and the desirability of the overall community.

Board Operating Principles

  1. Operate with guidance from the vision, mission and value—always.

  2. Leverage HOA board experience to operate as good stewards of community funds and assets.

  3. Be transparent in operations, budgets, and decisions

  4. Enforce the covenants, restrictions and policies consistently, ethically and objectively guided by clear decision criteria and with alignment from the Board.  Remember the goal is to protect and enhance the value of our neighborhood.

  5. Ensure that all additions/changes to lots, homes, and property in the subdivision will preserve and/or enhance the value of our properties as a whole.

  6. In the event of a denial of a homeowner’s request, a reason for the denial will be provided, and where possible, suggestions to resubmit for consideration will be included.

    1. Communicate with homeowners in a timely manner through appropriate mediums

    2. Design activities that promote a tight-knit community that works together for the good of all

  7. We Introduce the Communiuty Ambassador functional task force positions, we establish the GVOL-HOA Website for communication plateform among the HOA, ASPEN and RESIDENT, we utilize the Resident Interaction Form (RIF Form) and Architectural Request Construction Form (ARC form) to gather/consolidate/response/fulfill to the need of residents requirements and improvements.

Greenville Overlook Face book started 2013 for our residents, but not many new neighbours knoews about, there are about 172 members now, a lot of info. exchanged, pictures shared, you need to click the above link to be approved to become a member.
