Attached is the final agreement that I signed today with Brandywine Valley Properties. Once executed by the agent, a final signed contract by both parties will be filed. David Siebert is the director and will assign a manger to our HOA. Please keep this confidential till the Agent signs the agreement. We will make the  announcement at the appropriate time.  

 

I have started the onboard process today with notification of David and Brad from Aspen. 

 

Lastly, I fell comfortable that this is the most cost efficient and and effective contract, and the best vendor given the level of service we provide to the community.
